We’re very pleased to announce that you are able to order all of our products on same-day delivery throughout September. 

We’re trialling a partnership with store.door.more who deliver all of the products you love within a few hours.

And by using Klarna when you checkout, you can order everything in your basket and store.door.more will deliver it all without you needing to pay for it straight away.

That way you can order more of the products you love and get them delivered and collected in a faster and more convenient way than ever before. There’s a £5 delivery cost when your orders are under £100 but it’s free when your order is over £100. 

How does it work? 

  1. Order as many products as you like 
  2. Select the Local Delivery Service as a Shipping method. 
  3. Choose Klarna as a payment method and the 30 day from delivery option. This will enable you to receive your entire cart order today and only pay for the items you want to keep
  4. store.door.more will deliver your entire order within a few hours. They’ll give you a 1 hour delivery window before letting you know exactly when they’ll arrive. 
  5. Try everything they’ve delivered. If there’s anything that you don’t like or that you’d like to swap, then you can arrange a collection time with your store.door.more driver. 
  6. Whatever you’ve kept, you’ll pay for and payment will be taken later that day. If you’ve ordered through Klarna, then you’ll pay on the option you choose with them.
  7. Oh and so we’re not delivering products when you’re asleep, anything ordered after 7pm will be delivered the following morning from 8am. 

A few important terms:

  1. There are some items that can’t be returned if they’ve been used or tried on. These include:
    1. Undergarments and Socks
    2. Gift cards (except as required by law)
  2. Orders must be above £25 for store.door.more to deliver and collect. Standard delivery fees are £5.00 and this is free when orders are above £100. 
  3. store.door.more currently only delivers to certain post code locations. If your address is significantly outside of this geographical area then they will be in touch about your delivery options. 
  4. Orders and deliveries through store.door.more will take place throughout September 2020. This is subject to change at any time. 
  5. Orders placed after 7pm will be delivered before 12pm the following morning. 
    1. If recipients are unavailable for the store.door.more delivery window, a suitable alternative arrangement delivery option will be agreed via phone communication with your driver and the recipient. Recipients may be charged the full price of the delivery again if no suitable arrangement can be found and a redelivery is required. 
  6. Collections must be arranged within 14 days of the first delivery.
  7. If customers purchase items for delivery and collection using Credit / Debit Cards or PayPal, then they will be refunded the value of any items returned so long as they are in an as-new, resellable condition, once processed by store.door.more. 
  8. If customers purchase items for delivery and collection using Klarna, LayBuy or any alternative finance scheme, then any items returned will be removed from the order and removed from any finance scheme or future payments. 
  9. Customers can opt out of any additional products being brought to their door upon delivery or collection. Please liaise with your driver to opt out of this before your initial delivery. Your driver will contact you ahead of your delivery.
